Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. asia47 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

asia47 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from asia47 that asks for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

You accept full liability for all activity conducted through your account. In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact asia47 support immediately so that your account can be secured.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with our obligations to maintain a safe and transparent platform, asia47 may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting copies of valid identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame will result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before that bonus can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

asia47 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional terms through low-risk or hedged wagering strategies, and using automated tools to place wagers. Where bonus abuse is identified, asia47 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

asia47 regularly runs seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), as well as Bangladeshi cultural occasions such as Eid celebrations and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available only during the stated promotional period. asia47 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.1 RNG Certification

All casino games available on the asia47 platform — including slots, table games, virtual sports, and crash games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. asia47 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your asia47 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any outstanding balance (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to a review by the asia47 compliance team.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.3 Suspension or Closure by asia47

asia47 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• A chargeback or reversal of a deposit transaction initiated by the player or their bank/payment provider.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where asia47 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

While asia47 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and performing correctly at all times, no warranty — express or implied — is given regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

asia47 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, asia47 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. 10.2 Termination of Service

asia47 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or permanently discontinue any part of the platform — including specific games, payment methods, promotional programmes, or the entire service — at any time and for any reason, including regulatory requirements, commercial decisions, or technical necessity. In the event of a full platform shutdown, asia47 will provide reasonable notice and will return all verified player balances in an orderly manner.

10.3 Governing Language

10.4 Severability
